Euro Engineering (Pty) Ltd. was registered on the 30 April 2001. The Director is Mr Romeo Butler (Qualified Boilermaker /Welder and Project manager). Our workshop and offices are at portion 98 of farm 674 northcliffe Siteki Swaziland. We provide maintenance services for the R.S.S.C sugar mills (Simunye and Mhlume), Distillery Plant, Ubombo, Nakambala Illovo Sugar mills and Inyatsi Construction. Services provided are carbon steel and stainless steel pipe and tank fabrication in AWSD and API standards, structural steel fabrication, mechanical fitting, machining and conveyor installations. We also take on mechanical projects for the mills.
We have been involved in the Nakambala Illovo sugar mill expansion in Zambia and the Ubombo ILLOVO sugar mill expansion. We rerouted piping for new equipment installation, new designed crystallizer cooling shafts, whole stick shredder feed modifications, molasses, caustic tanks design and supply, installation of a new biomass separation and trash recovery plant including conveyor installations which was a first in Africa. We have also just completed a cane yard mill and diffuser cane preparation lines upgrade for RSSC Mhlume. We are currently involved in a Water treatment project under Inyatsi Construction, fabricating and installing 900NB to 400NB size steel pipes where all welds are100% X-rayed (NDT). Our welders have achieved a 100% pass rates on all butts welded.
We have a well experienced team of 6 permanent boilermaker/Pipefitters and 4 coded welders (Coded in SMAW, TIG and MIG). We also have a pool of a minimum of 20 contractor artisans who can be called in at a moment's notice when there are projects which can have over 100 workers on site i.e. the Ubombo Sugar Expansion. We also have a qualified safety manager and safety officer who are certified in SAMTRAC.
Our company has 3 cranes, 55Ton Tadano, 25Ton Grove and 18 Ton Coles Grove which are used in the various projects and available for hire when idle.
